Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Crystals as much as we do, but if you wish to return your item please contact us.

Change of heart?

If you change your mind please return your item to us in its original condition and in its original packaging within 14-days of receiving. We will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund for you. Please note due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refund or exchange on earrings.

Can i Return my order?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase or order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@crystalnation.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Flaws

We strive to give you beautiful high quality pieces, in the unlikely event they are damaged we will happily replace the item free of charge. If an item is damaged or faulty upon delivery you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item for another style, please contact our Customer Service team on info@crystalnation.co.uk.

We will check stock levels accordingly and confirm how to send your item back to us.

Please note: return costs are not refunded but we will send out your (1st) replacement item for free. All product returns must be received within 30 days of receipt.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Other Terms & Conditions

Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt item to our office. Depending on the payment method used at time of purchase returns may take up to 10 working days to return to you.

Please note postage is only refunded if the item is deemed faulty within its first 30 days warranty guarantee.

We do aim to get your exchange or replacement back to you as quickly as possible but depending on stock levels this could take a couple of weeks, you will be notified of any unusual delay.
